The real world is the only place were one can truly ‘learn’ leadership. That’s why we created ‘Leadership Archipel’ – a so called alternate reality game. It’s not a desktop or mobile game only. We use the best of serious gaming and technology combined with the latest academic insights on leadership and personal development to challenge participants in a world similar to reality. An ultimate setting to play with one’s preferred behavior, choose different angles and being challenged in the most stressful situations and dillemma’s.

We designed Leadership Archipel together with RA.NJ. and Sioo aiming to become the leadership development program (or: experience) of choice for business schools and corporate academies. We left room for a made-to-measure around the core of the game: we can  for instance change the story aligning it with the organizations’ strategic directions or the institution’s philosophy and themes.
